Vickie's knowledge of the Baltimore area, experience with various realtors, and her recommendations for contractors, lenders, and inspectors were so helpful in the home buying process. She communicates quickly and frequently and always was honest about homes without trying to steer me as a first-time buyer. With her industry experience, she has a great eye for homes and what to look for, as well as sage advice on the emotional aspect of the home searching process. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Baltimore area, whether it's your first home or not.

Vickie was a professional from the onset of the process through closing. In an uncertain and unpredictable market, she helped me set a fair and realistic price for our home. She advised us to use virtual photos that enabled potential buyers to how beautiful the house could be with a few simple changes. This, in itself, was one of the best things we could have done to effectively promote the house. I was kept informed at every step and Vickie made sure that I understood how every part of the process works. While lower offers were initially made, we ended with higher offers than our initial listing price. Vickie is top notch and goes above and beyond for her clients! For starters, so many of the neighborhoods that we looked at, she had personal knowledge of the area and people who she knew or knew of that loved living there. She put in LATE nights getting all the paperwork in so we would have the best shot in a competitive market. This included answering late night questions and explaining everything to us so we weren't blindly signing anything. It was so helpful that Vickie is part of a team that could help out when needed(thanks Julie!). Communication through e-docs, emails, phone, text, and email was clear and concise. Vickie has solid relationships with others in the industry so we knew we could trust "the other parts" of the process like lenders, title companies, utilities. When it was time to make an offer we knew exactly what we would be comfortable with and Vickie helped guide our decision that lead us to our DREAM home. I came across our list of wishes we sent her for our ideal home and our new home hit every single one. Vickie also went above and beyond because she looked at homes without us to help out with our busy schedules, and worked with our childcare schedule to include entertaining our 2 year old while we carted her through homes! Vickie is going to work hard for you but you won't feel pressured or uncomfortable which is one of the best things to find in a realtor.

Having Vickie representing us in the sale of our house was a very positive experience.
